Hi Doctor, I was advised to take vitamin d3 checkup which came out to be 4.9. Can you please suggest some medicine for this and the frequency of consuming it.

Kindly take Caldikind (60 k) 1 SACHETS X 10 Then have your vit D tested again. Next dose of vit D3 should be decided There after.

This is very low. Get an intramuscular vitamin D injection and then start taking 60k weekly.
Next Steps
Do a bone density test also. Repeat the vitamin D test after 1 month
