Take inj vit d3 every week for 8 weeks then once a month for 6 months
Oral tablets are also available but since its very low better to take injections for fast improvement

Hi,
You should ideally consider fortified food. Talking supplements for now is good to replenish levels but not for the long run
Also, I would like to know a bit more about your diet, lifestyle, working hours and will need to get some information to see if you have any malabsorption issues
Thank you

Yes you are correct
Its advisable you start either oral or injectable vitamin d3
Either you can start vit d3 satchets once a week for 4 weeks but since u have such low levels u can start it twice a week for 4 weeks later continue it by taking it once a month u have take this powder satchet along with water or milk
U can also opt for taking vitmin d3 injectable which is more advisable
Inj. Uprise d3 6L IU IM stat
Once a week 4 weeks
Than start vitd3 sachets once a month
