Vitamin D supplement in pregnancy
Is it okay to take vitamin D (60000 IU twice weekly) for 2 months starting at around 6 weeks of pregnancy? Can it harm the fetus in any way?

U need supplements only if there is a documented vit d deficiency Not otherwise As vit d toxicity is known
