Calcium and Vitamin D dose in pregnancy
Dear Doctors ❤️,
Please advise if supracal xt+ is safe in pregnancy? My doc suggested it everyday starting in 5th month till post pregnancy. She also suggested Uprise D3 (60k) every 15 days but I checked even supracal xt+ contains D3.
Hope this is not overdosing that can result in toxicity. My doc and hospital never tested me for any vitamins level.
