My wife is 2 month pregnant she took the ultrasound scanning then toctor told me that your baby heart beat is confirm but baby not grown properly then u have to take another scan after 20 days.pleas suggest me it is causes to any problem inform me.here is the scanning report

She is having harmonal insufficiency. Let her take urgent harmonal inj and oral Cap Susten 200 twice/day. Heart beats are also slow. This can lead to miscarriage.
