Vitamin D helps in calcium absorption and vitamin k2 helps to deposit calcium in bones. Incase of chronic kidney disease with normal calcium it causes calcification of arteries. Usually therapeutic dose of vitamin D in young age with no comorbidities don't cause calcification of arteries. Magnesium and calcium goes in hand .correcting calcium after checking magnesium in normal range
Next Steps
vitamin k is produced by our gut bacteria itself maintain your gut health itself is enough
Health Tips
if your having any bleeding manifestation or poor gut health take vitamin k too
