May I know that what is the best source for vitamin D (Except medicines).
Further, Like to know that best time to get sunlight for Vitamin D.

Cod liver oil is most potent source of vitamin D and has 1,300 IU vitamin D per tablet/tablespoon.
Fatty fish (tuna, salmon)
Fortified milk , cereal, and foods including eggs
To maintain healthy blood levels, aim to get 10–30 minutes of sunlight,between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. is ideal.
