Vitamin d levels of 7ng/ml
I am having body aches and pains for the past one month so i got my vitamin d tested and it showed only 7ng/ml. My question is can this deficiency cause body aches.if yes how much time will it take to go away.
I have started taking 60 k capsule weeky and i have already taken 2 doses
Please help what else can i do

Hi you need to take calcium with vitamin d treatment. Check vitamin b12. It will take 6 weeks to get resolved with treatment. Take treatment for 8 weeks in total

The deficiencies of certain vitamins cause these symptoms. Get your vitamin B12 checked also.
