Vitamin D levels not returning to normal
I have been taking Vitamin D Supplements from the last 2 years. Whenever I stopped taking Vitamin D supplements, my Vitamin D levels dropped down. However now I am regularly consuming Vitamin D supplements but still from few weeks the knee pain has returned and Vitamin D levels have gone down again even after regular consumption of supplements. I am currently taking Calcirol  60,000 IU Sachet once a week, and Calcium Citrate Matrate,Vitamin D3 and Folic acid tablets once a day. Please advise.
