Which type of foods has high level of vitamin D.. As I am a vegetarian..so pls suggest me some vegetables and fruits.. Thanks in advance..

There is no vit. D in vegetarian diet. But it is in precursor form in all green vegetables when going to sunlight it synthesizes itself.

Direct sun exposure of 30-45 min /day is important. Vit. D supplement as prescribed by the doctor.

Hi, Add mushrooms to your diet. Take milk and milk products. Take morning Sunlight for about 20-30 min. Coordinate with physician & get prescribed supplements.
