Pls suggest supplement for vitamin d deficiency.
My level is at 15.
I would like to take it as daily supplement and not weekly.
I researched and it says vitamin d needs k2 for better obsorption.
Please suggest.

Dear User, Its better to take direct exposure under sun for 10 to 15 minutes before 10:00 am , daily, you will get vitamin D daily and naturally.

Hello, Vit D deficiency has become common these days, u need not worry, u can take Cap Uprise D3 60 k once in a week that is most absorbable form, u dnt need to take it daily cause it's already 60k IU which is high in itself rest allow body works over it by itself, as per your age you dnt need higher doses.
