Don’t worry these days vitamin D deficiency is very common.Expose yourself to good sunlight.We get very less vitamin D from foods.Continue with the medication and check your levels after 2-3 months depending on your doctor advise . Some of the best food sources of vitamin D are- orange juice, oatmeal, cereal, soy milk, cow milk, salmon, mushrooms and egg yolks.For calcium absorption vitamin D plays a Vital role for good bone health.

Hi, Sunlight is the best source of vitamin D so 10-15 minutes of sunexposure 3-4 times a week is recomended. Food sources like milk and its products, Egg yolk and dried fishes are rich sources.
