Vitamin D deficiency
I'm 30 years old. I'm not married. My vitamin D is 17.53 nmol/L. What should I do? Please advise me.

You need 15 to 20 mins of early morning sun exposure regularly. Take vitamin D3 60k IU...once a week for 12 weeks, the retest vitamin D3. Take Calcium for 3 months , once daily before food.

You can take Calcirol 60k softgel (capsule) or Calcirol nanoshot 60k syrup 5ml once weekly for 10 weeks. Dont forget to take calcium tab alongside (tab Bio D3 max) once daily for 2 months. That should be more than enough
