Vitamin D deficiency
I have done with my full body checkup on 29th September 2021 and vitamin D level comes 10.73 ng/ml (deficiency). I am taking vitamin D3 60,000 once a week after meal. How much time it will take to cure deficiency? Or how many months should I continue with this capsule?

After 8 weeks,its advisable to repeat the test for Serum levels of Vit D3.Vit D is a fat soluble vitamin and hence it can get accumalated in the body due to overdosing.This can lead to side effects (rare).
