Vitamin D deficiency
I have diagnosed Vitamin D deficiency in my latest routine blood test reports. Please guide me what traetment should I follow for the same.

Your vitamin D level is very low, initially you will have to take supplement for vit D for 3 months once in a week, 60000 IU as per the doctors advice..later on for maintenance add fish, egg yolks, milk to your diet ...contact me for further details..
