That's exceptional and natural .u can fill the deficiency by eating fat or d3 fortified oils, ghee, butter.,almonds etc.and expose urself to mild sunlight when available naturally.
Hello.
Please continue with your walk , and try to get sunlight exposure at any time of the day when you see the sun. Make sure to expose your arms , as maximum vitamin D absorption happens from that part.
Health Tips
Continue vitamin D supplement and finish the course as advised by your doctor
Good evening
Walking in cloudy days will not help you as much as sunny days
Sun rays will effect your body to produce vitamin D
so see that your body gets sun exposure at least for half an hour even in your house balcony
