Vitamin C and Vitamin D
Which Vitamin C tablets are good to take earlier i had once epieff Vitamin C and also had Vitamin D tables once in a week, when last checked my Vit D was less. But now i am not able to find the prescription, Hence can you suggest which Vitamin C and Vitamin D tables we can take and also how much dosage and how many times we have to take. Thanks !

Vitamin c usually 500mg daily and vitamin d 60k calciferol better take under medical guideance after sharing reports symptoms etc
