Vitamin B12
Hello Doctor I had  vitamin b12 deficiency in Nov 23 after Doctor suggested I am taking 1500mcg every day till now. My b12 value was 96 only. So it is safe have tablet daily and for how many days I can continue.

The course for B12 deficiency is of longer duration. Better to continue with the same medicine. Strict vegetarians, generally get less vit B12 with diet.
