Vitamin b12 deficiency...
My b12 was 118..I was taking ME12 tablet for 2 months and took a test while being on medicine..and my b12 showed 800... My question is can b12 be temporary elevated..? Because after seeing reports ..I have stopped taking medicine and it's been 1.5 months...now again I have similar symptoms... Can you all doctors please let me know what to do

Vit B12 is gained through 2 ways , either through Food or through Vit B12 supplements. It is quite obvious that when you take supplements ,it will increase but if you are stopping it then you have to take food supplements which are rich in Vit B12. So , it all depends on u .If you stop taking food rich in Vit B12 then you have to take it in the form of tablets or injections.If you want to stop your tablets then you can achieve it through food enriched with Vit B12.

Yes b12 can b temopary increased and then decrease you have to take food rich in b 12 and also b 12 tablets in case of deficiency
