Vitamin B12 Deficiency
I've been diagnosed with vitamin b12 deficiency last year. I was on vitamin b12 tablets at that time. After 2 months of tablets I got myself tested for vitamin b12. It was around 150. I did take 8 vitamin b12 injections in a span of 2 months. After around a year now  I did check my vitamin b12 levels again its 184. I'm confused on how I should continue my treatment. I'm 23 years old and I have quite a lot number of white hairs, sour throat(due to acidity or low b12) Details around my diet: I do eat non veg food including chicken eggs mutton fish prawns on a regular basis Other health issues: I have hyperacidity and on and off pain in my left bottom side in large intestine. I did consult few doctors and they suspected it to be ulcerative colitis(didn't do colonoscopy) . I did complete their course and i think its cured now but still i do see the same symptoms on few days.
