I don't have thyroid but weight is gaining alot ..gone through with general body checkup then got to know about vitamin deficiency in my body..what supplements should i take ?

Both the Vitamins D and B 12 are very low and you need to replenish them with appropriate inputs. Expose yourself to enough morning Sunlight and have animal fat rich in Vitamin D. About Vitamin  B 12 there may be a deficiency of Intrinsic Factor in your stomach which does not allow absorption of dietary Vitamin B 12 so you may need injectable form to get normal levels.

Vitamin deficiency is there. It is not good in younger age deficiency of vitamins. It should corrected by supplements also by adding some lifestyle. Like take early morning sunlight for vitD3. Add carrot, fortified cereal like that. You should take consultation by physician.
