My vitamin b12 is 185pg/ml and my vitamin d is 73 nmol/L
How long is it safe to take ELFOLIN PLUS(2000mcg b12,25mg pyridoxine phosphate,2.8mg l methylfolate) daily + vitamin d60k weekly?

Hello . So there’s no strict guideline regarding this.
You are young if you don’t have any symptoms of deficiency and have a good healthy diet you don’t need regular supplements especially if all within normal limit. Take for 3 months then drug holiday.
