Hi, we should not take any supplements with out doctor’s advice...if you have any deficiency and your doctor/dietician prescribed you ...then you can have supplements. Vit.B12 n vit. D3 you can add naturally in your diet like fish , meat, dairy products.
Fish meat are good as nonveg source .
For veg milk milk products,vegetables,greengram sprouts,are good source.
For d3 ghee,oils are good source also d3 fortified foods are available for consumption.
