Vitamin A to Z
I used to have vitamin A to Z on daily basis .I was feeling very low and weak.But after having that in regular basis i could get up and work throughout the day.Then i quit after feeling better.Since i had this experience i again started having them but i dont feel like active.There is no effect on my body i feel..its same inactive ,dull and weak.I dont know how should i go with it.

Consuming vitamins / minerals pills are not a solution for anything unless u modify your food intake and exercise . consultation with a nutritionist will help u rule out ur internal deficiencies. And they can prepare a customised nutrition plan too.I would recommend u to do that.
