Being vegetarian I lack daily recommended Vitamin A. Can I take aquasol A capsule 25000 iu? For how many days?

Healthy afternoon ma’am, Vitamin A rich sources for vegetarians. Vitamin A is available in various natural food sources mainly bright red , orange colour fruits and vegetables. Carrots, sweet potato, spinach, pumpkin, broccoli, papaya and red bell peppers.and tomatoes. In case if you’re severely deficiency then supplements recommended.

I recommend to provide me the recent blood report of vitamin deficiencies as per the report a Clinical diet chart will make up your deficiencies. All the best.
