Vitamin A is available in various natural food sources mainly bright red , orange colour fruits and vegetables. Carrots, sweet potato, spinach, pumpkin, broccoli, papaya and red bell peppers.and tomatoes.
In case if you’re severely deficiency then supplements recommended.

Whenever you are concern about anything you shuld makeup the deficiency with food not with medication. I recommend to provide me the recent blood report of vitamin deficiencies as per the report a Clinical diet chart will make up your deficiencies.
