Vit b12 deficiency.
I am having my b12 under 200. And now I am feeling anxiety, mode change, etc.. what would be course of action next.. sir. I am vegetarian.

Sir your symptoms appears like neuropsychiatric symptoms in B 12 deficiency. It would best for you to take consultation sooner before the symptoms gets any worse. It may cause weakness/numbness of limbs..etc

Start oral B12 1500mcg daily dose

Very first i would like to say , your BMI is slightly above the normal range its 24.82 , indicating you are overweight., and you are vegetarian. generally vegans and vegetarians are more prone to deficiency of vitamine B12, as its mostly found in non vegetarian resourses. second thing being overweight is already a stressful to the body for mineral absorption. Due to deficiency of this partibular vitamin you might be feeling fatigue, easily tired , dullness of skin , poor conentration and low energy level in body.
