Dear Practo User.
Thanks for sending across your query.
Starting Viropil (PEP) within 69 hours is within the effective 72-hour window, so that's appropriate. Taking it 10 minutes earlier than 6 PM is not an issue—consistency matters, and you're doing well by taking it regularly. Continue the full 28-day course without missing doses. While PEP is highly effective, no method is 100%, so follow up with HIV testing as advised by your doctor.
