Better to consult a General Physician in your area with all the reports. Tele-consultation may not be the appropriate mode for treatment for such problems when you have multiple diagnosed problems (not Google searched problems).

I’m really sorry to hear about the health challenges you’re facing. It sounds incredibly frustrating and exhausting. Given your history of ITP (Immune Thrombocytopenic Purpura), GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease), and colitis, along with recurrent viral infections, it’s important to address your weakened immune system comprehensively.
Here are some steps you can consider:
Consult an Immunologist: Since your condition involves multiple immune-related issues, an immunologist can provide specialized care. They can perform detailed immune function tests to identify specific deficiencies.
Lifestyle Modifications:
Diet: Focus on a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. Foods high in antioxidants, vitamins (especially Vitamin C and D), and minerals can help boost your immune system1.
Exercise: Regular, moderate exercise can improve overall health and immune function. However, avoid overexertion as it can weaken your immune system1.
Sleep: Ensure you get adequate sleep, as poor sleep can negatively impact your immune system1.
Stress Management: Chronic stress can weaken your immune system. Techniques such as meditation, yoga, and deep-breathing exercises can help manage stress levels1.
Regular Monitoring: Keep a close watch on your symptoms and maintain regular follow-ups with your healthcare providers. This will help in early detection and management of any new issues.
Vaccinations: Ensure you are up-to-date with vaccinations, including the flu and COVID-19 vaccines, as these can help prevent infections2.
Hygiene Practices: Maintain good hygiene practices, such as frequent hand washing and avoiding close contact with sick individuals, to reduce the risk of infections2.
Immunotherapy: In some cases, doctors might recommend immunotherapy or other treatments to help boost your immune system. This should be discussed with your immunologist or primary care physician.
It’s crucial to have a coordinated care approach, involving your primary care physician, immunologist, and any other specialists relevant to your conditions. If you feel your current doctors are not providing the guidance you need, seeking a second opinion might be beneficial.
If you require assistance or have any health concerns, feel free to reach out for a consultation. Your well-being is my priority, and i'm here to support you on your health journey.
