Irregular periods and low immunity power
My friend have been having an irregular periods, having it 2 times in a month or not having it for 2 or 3 months. And her energy is very low, she gets tired very soon and takes lots of tension and stress for small things. She gets irritated and aggressive very soon and her health gets disturbed due to her low immunity power, she didn't had her mother's milk much enough when she was small. She is now 18 years old. I just want her to be healthy. So need some tips for it.
