“My last period was on 13th October, and before that I didn’t get my periods for more than 3 months. Now again my periods are delayed. And also I have migraine since more than 5 months my parents doesn't help me what should I do

Irregular periods (gap of months, then delay again) are common with hormonal imbalance, stress, PCOS, thyroid problems, weight change, or chronic illness. You need a gynecologist visit—this is not normal to ignore. Migraine for 5+ months needs neurologist/physician evaluation. Long-term migraine can worsen if untreated and can also disturb periods
