Since how long you have this problem? Is cough dry or with phlegm?
Take tab augmentin 625mg one morning and one evening for 5 days.
Tab Combiflam one,every 8 hours for 5 days.
Tab pantaprazole 20mg one before breakfast for 5 days.
Tab monteleukast + cetrizine one morning and one evening for 5 days.
Do hot water gargles with povidone mouth wash, steam inhalation with karvol capsule, 2 to 3 times daily.

1. How many days? Any foreign travels? Breathing issues
2. Take Combiflam (if u are not allergic ibrufen) -4-6 hrly assuming ur way is more than 60
3. Alegra 180 mg twice
4. Xylo nasal drops ( clean nose - lie down and put drops, 1st in one nostril- breathe in from it and out from other - repeat on other side ) - can be repeated 3 hrly but not to be used routinely
U ll feel better in 1-2 hrs

Sounds like a viral infection or flu. Take Paracetamol 650mg every 6–8 hrs for fever and body pain. You can also take Sinarest (Levocetirizine + Phenylephrine + Paracetamol) twice a day.
