I am very tired all day. I sleep for 8 hours, I take multivitamins, magnesium, potassium, and trace mineral drink. and I weigh 145 pounds, 20 years old, 5'10, very active. I recently lost 80 pounds as I was 215. I think it may be iron deficiency but not sure as Iron is the only thing I don't take as it constipated me. I been trying to eat beans.
