Hello, after recovering from covid I got very low vitamin B12 90. Most of the time I feel sleepy dizzy and tired. I have high TG and cholesterol levels too. Any suggestions please, at least how to improve vitamin B12 deficiency.

It will happen called post covid sequelae.
Need to continue multivitamins for atleast two months after covid.
Can take tab meganeueon od morning after food
Tab shelcal at night after food for one month.
Both will help in dizziness and tiredness.
Kindly consult.i wil give u a medicine that u wil be free of this tensn and injections of vit b12 and it wont cause stomach ache too for sure.jst consult and see the magic..jst 100 rs r nthng fr this issue .baki its ur wish
Age and weight you have mentioned is that of an child.
In an adult ,low vitamin B12 defeciency of 90 mcg. Should be treated with injection cyanocobalamin 1000mcg once every week for 4 weeks,There after either you can take injection cyanocobalamin 1000 mcg once a month or daily oral cyanocobalamin at doses of 1,000 μg are as effective as monthly intramuscular injection .

You need to start anti cholestrol medication depending on the levels of cholestrol and TG s.
Eat a fibre rich diet,more frequent meals in small quantities.
Millets ,cucumbers,apples,guavas,oranges.
