Vertigo / Dizziness
I am feeling vertigo or Dizziness especially when I am turning my head in bed.
Most of the time if turn left side I am feeling this. I am suffering from last two days.
I can do Walking, riding vehicle and all other daily activities are going good. But this happens only I wake up from bed and sometime in day time if I turn my head suddenly otherwise everything is normal.
I don't have any medic condition except i am over weight. What is the cause of this vertigo? What should my next step? Any medication required? Kindly suggest
