Vertigo can be cause of inner ear disease . The status
Of the ear should be evaluated . If she is suffering from a condition called BPPV ( benign paroxysmal positional vertigo ) , she has to be advised Epleys Manuever. She can be put on labyrinthine sedatives if too much symptomatic like dizzy . So main thing is to understand status of ear , rule out other cause of inner ear disease that lead to dizziness like acoustic neuroma , vestibular neuronitis etc . More than treatment , proper diagnosis is the right option .hope this was helpful
