No! Meat is strictly suggested not to be consumed atleast till the covid  crisis is exists! Because you never know how contaminated they could be out there!

Hi, It is not useful for you, 3350mg of Sodium in 100 gm is too much. Even it is exceeding Indian RDA given by ICMR also. As per ICMR, RDA of Indian male is 2100mg/day,  RDA of Indian female is 1900mg/day. Strictly it should be avoided as per information given by you.

Hi. It’s not healthy , so avoid it. If you’re vegan by choice - then stick to natural foods and whole proteins. Most processed foods are high in sodium , artificial colours and preservatives - so don’t include such food in your daily diet.
