What vegetables should we eat during rainy season and what should i eat for protein? I want to gain weight with vegan diet , i also do yoga daily.

Take high protein and high calories diet. You can take any vegetables just need to wash throughly . You can take high protein and calorie fence shake like banana shake, oats banana smoothie etc. take paneer, stuffed paranthas, etc. you need to take high calories well balanced diet.

Hi, During rainy season you can have all kind of vegetables, but the hygiene and cleanliness need to be care, specifically green leafy vegetables. It will be better to wash vegetables properly before consume it. To gain weight generally, you should have a balanced diet, rich in good quality and quantity protein,like soyabean, sprouts, different legumes, almond, cashew etc, and more fruits and vegetables. If you have milk then you can consume paneer, dahi/ yoghurt and others milk products and Soya milk, tofu etc. Doing exercises is good as it helps in increasing metabolic rate, thus food intake will be more.
