Vaginal discharge associated with itching, pain,  odour,  colour signify infection. The best treatment can be planned after seeing the discharge and seeing the cervix of the uterus. In your case it is slightly early. Most of the ladies have excess discharge around Ovulation time.
Next Steps
You should consult a Gynaecologist in your area for Gynaecological examination so that cause can be found and treatment planned.
