Mucus discharge with vaginal wall pain
I am 31 weeks pregnant with a cervical stitch and lunch maturity injection given in 28th week due to cervical length decreasing after even after cerclage, 1.4 cm and gestational diabetes also diagnosed. Now the discharge has increased not watery but thick yellow mucus, no blood mixed. And vaginal walls are also hurting with the movements, when I sit, stand and get normal when I walk normally. I read somewhere that discharge increases at this time but this mucus discharge scares me. Is this normal or am I near to labour?

Since you have pregnancy with so many high risk factors......your age, gestational diabetes, short cervical length, and I can see you mentioned you are on udiliv too.....you should contact your gynaec for examination. Since you are on your 32 nd week you need to be careful and plan your checkups with your primary doctor .

is the discharge copious and associated with foul smell and/ or itching? If yes you need examination immediately and treatment for vaginal infection. If mo associated symptoms should not be anything to worry about but if you are having pain also its always better to go yo your doctor snd get yourself checked to rule out any problems. Moreover if you have pain which is coming at regular intervals with tightening of abdomen you might probably be having a preterm labour for which your doctor will prescribe medicines to stop those preterm contractions ( if any)
Next Steps
If pain increase with time see your doctor immediately
