In a lot of studies , painful ones are credited with greater immunoconversion. Ultimately it is your choice , whether to go in for the painful or painless one.

Both are equally good, Depends upon your budget and luxury of painless vaccine, If you want in low budget painful is the answer with good efficacy. Vaccination should not be postponed as outside situation of Corona is going to worsen further.

Actually painless & Regular vaccines gives same protection : So make sure ur kid should receive IOV containing vaccine.. Don’t further delay vaccines if it’s very difficult for you to go to nearby pediatrician clinic

DTaP(commonly termed as painless)vaccines are not more efficacious than DTwP(termed normal /painful) vaccines, but have fewer adverse effects. It must also be remembered that serious adverse effects are rare phenomena even with the DTwP vaccine unlike popular belief.
Next Steps
The use of DTaP/DTwP vaccine should be following one to one discussion with Pediatrician on individual childs basis.
Health Tips
The DTaP vaccines may be preferred to DTwP vaccines in those children with history of severe adverse effects following DTwP vaccines or children with neurologic disorders, if resources permit.
