My baby is 1 month old ,her next vaccination due is on 22nd April .due to corona panedrom I am affraid to take her outside.can I postpon her vaccination.

Yes, you should delay the vaccinations till it's safe to venture out to do so. Vaccines can always be given in a catchup schedule at a later date so you have nothing to worry about.
