Uti problem
I do not want to take antibiotics is there any way of treating uti without them and how can we know that bacteria has reached kidney

Hello,, yes we can understand your concern, but antibiotics are not always bad as you think. Well home remedies with out antibiotics(like drinking cranberry juice, drinking plenty of water) is very unpredictable if the infection spreads to kidney (you will get fever, Flank pain, vomiting, malaise, unable to take food....) it is difficult to treat even with antibiotics, kindly consult a physician first.
