Urine issue
I am having pain and sensation while urinating only like before and after there is some different kind of pain. Its like it is peeled and now the urine comes it become painful.

You may have a urine infection
Get a urine routine and microscopy test done.
Drink plenty of water (3-4 litres in a day)
Take Syrup Alkasol 2 tablespoon in 1/2 glass water 8 hrly for 7 days.
