Tingling sensation while urinating and b

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Was sexually active last Friday and Saturday nearly 5-7 times sex. Since then having a tingling feeling while urinating almost like an orgasm and last few drop of urine consist blood. Is this due to rough painfully sex and I was dry. Even took a ipill this morning nearly after 40 hrs of sex as the condom broke. Periods have gone haywire cause of ipill consumed every month since last three months Please help. Want to get rid of this tingling feeling. Want to know whether it is a UTI or due to rough sex

To rule out uti... get urine investigations. Ipill is not for regular use , its a high dose progesterone pill n has side effects if used regularly as u did. There r many other contraception options available.
