My urine is yellow and very low from past one week
I am not taking any medicine still urine is yellow and drinking 4 liters of water
And both hands and legs are paining
What can be reason and which test should I do?

Urine routine and microscopy test.
Drink plenty of water.

Total bilirubin levels
To start antibiotics empirically along with alkaliser after you give urine test
From the report- Liver enzymes increase that's indicate that you have some liver infection.
You should do 1 test more as S.Bilirubin levels.
Treatment for liver enzymes-
1- Liv 52 5 ml 2 time or Liv52 tablet 2 time per day .
2- Udliv 300 mg 1 time per day after food for 15 day
