Plenty pus cells in urine if infection flare up can damage to kidney
Take tab Nitrofuroitin 100 mg 2 time for 10 day after giving sample for culture and sensivity

Because pus cells 25-30,
Kindly do the following tests
1) urine culture test
2) fasting and postprandial blood sugar levels and maen glucose LEVEL
AND to start antibiotics empirically after giving culture test, then change over to specific one according to culture report
You are having symptoms along with pus cells in urine report !
Kindly give one more sample for urine culture examination to know which antibiotic is needed to cure this infection !
For the time it’s Report comes initially one antibiotic can be started if you experience some other symptoms like fever !
