Urine Infection
I am facing a problem of urine infection mostly in 3-4 months. I wanted to know what precautions to be taken to get rid of this and also home made medicine or Ayurveda medicine to get it cured.

Have plenty of fluids and liquids(buttermilk,coconut water ,lemonade etc).But if you have repeated infections please get the following done
1.Bsl(blood sugar levels)fasting /post prandial
2.Urine c/s.(culture)
