You will get much further with a urine culture than with any medicine name I could give you here. A wrong antibiotic is the usual reason these infections keep coming back.
Next Steps
Please get a urine routine and culture done, then take the report to a gynaecologist or physician.

Burning and frequent urge does sound like a urine infection, but I will not name an antibiotic here without a urine test - wrong antibiotic is exactly how UTIs become recurrent and resistant. Drink 3 litres of water a day, do not hold urine, and use a urinary alkaliser sachet twice a day for symptom relief till you are seen. Tell me at once if you get fever with chills, one-sided back pain, vomiting or blood in urine - that means the kidney is involved and it needs prompt treatment.
Next Steps
Get a urine routine and microscopy plus urine culture today, and book a Practo consult with me with the report - I will start the right antibiotic for the correct duration and look at why it is recurring.
