Hello , welcome to pract.com.if you have burning in urine you should drink 4 to 5 litres of water and more lemon water so make the urine dilute and to flush out the infection.tab urinkind is only for pain,it is not antibiotic.so you have to do urine culture to know which antibiotic is sensitive and useful in your infection.mean while you can take syp citralka 3 tsf three times a day and tab urikind 200 mg twice a day for 5 days.today give urine sample for culture ,send report after it come,as it needs 48 hrs.still if you want to start antibiotics without test take tab Martifer 200 mg twice a day for 10 days.
