You have been having this problem for many months (and itching on the body also). You should have got LFT done.
Now please get LFT & KFT & CBC.

Get few tests done
1. Liver function test.
2. KFT
3. CBC
Drink plenty of water 3 to 4 liters per day.
Take tab levocitrazin 5 mg at night for 5 days.
Follow up with reports if possible.

Avoid spicy and oily food.
Avoid tea and coffee.
Avoid outside food.
low cholesterol diet.
Drink plenty of water.
